  First of all most rental agency's give you first choice to rent your current condo for the following year. Unfortunately we lost that choice but decided we would let NextHime Beach Time Realty find us something else for Spring Break 2018. Within in the day they did find us what we were looking for in the location we wanted to be. Granted it was 3 bedroom and 2 bath we agreed to rent the property knowing we had another couple to join us. All this took place April 2017. We were then notified June 6, 2017 that our reservation was cancelled. To our surprise they could not find us accommodations for 6 people in the area we wanted to be. Unwilling to work with us for 6 people we said we could make our reservations for 4 people. Again they could not accomodate us. They expected us to pay the same rental fee that we were paying for the original 3 bedroom and 2 bath condo and give us a 2 bedroom and 1 bath. All this because the owners of the condo we originally wanted were now able to just decide they wanted to use their condo during the time frame we had requested. They have been very unprofessional, wouldn't return our calls and just assumed we wanted a condo they found for us without a signature and did not refund our money. Fortunately we were back in the area the end of June and confronted them and did get our deposit back. Had that not happened we would of been stuck with a condo we did not agree to or sign for.
