  Had a car reservation for yesterday. Arrived at 1:30p. The location was supposed to open until 2p. The door was locked and the was no sign stating a change in business hours. There were others confused and waiting as well. Called customer service which appeared to be an offshore call center. They told us to go to another location. We ended up getting a ride to our hotel since we had no car. Called the location the following day. My husband explained the situation and the employee disputed the that it happened! She also immediately stated that no cars were available. I honestly don’t understand how this business operates. This experience has led me to switch to use another car rental company. For a location that serves people on vacation this is a real miss to provide the bare minimum level of service.
