  Our car broke down just as we were pulling into our hotel and as our vacation was set to begin. This situation could have brought down our whole trip, but Ken and his team diagnosed the problem quickly, gave us a very reasonable estimate, and got the work done in one day. Ken even recommended a delicious breakfast spot! This was one of the best experiences we've ever had with a mechanic. I only wish we lived in the area for future car service needs!
